All orders are FOB Vancouver, standard Canada Post Shipping Rates Apply
You can return products within 14 days if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. The cost of the return will be at your expense. Please contact our customer service dept. in the first instance to authorise the return. Products must be in a perfect state, unused and in their original packaging. Wespresso Inc. will reimburse you upon receipt of your returned items.
In the unfortunate event where goods are damaged on delivery please inform Wespresso Inc. within 24 hours and we will arrange collection and issue a replacement.
A refund will be issued on the basis of goods being returned for a genuine reason and in an unused resalable condition, and without damage to packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee under any circumstances. If returned goods show signs of usage or misuse then no refund will be issued and the products returned to you at cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Handpresso products are produced to the highest standard, but there can be the occasional glitch that prevents your Handpresso unit from working exactly as it should. We have technicians available and a full compliment of spare parts ready to get your unit fully operational again. To keep your warranty validated any major repairs must be completed by us as Canadian distributor.
All our Handpresso manual machines carry a 2 year warranty, and the Auto machines are covered with a 1 year warranty. To maintain the full warranty on our espresso units it is imperative that regular maintenance operations are completed.
